If your order arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo of the damages and let us know by email or phone as quickly as possible. Please note that a crushed outer cardboard carton is not considered a damage, but we will always do our best to safely pack your items while remaining mindful of our use of excess packaging materials.
Out of Stock
If a product you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible, with the option to hold your package until the item(s) arrive, along with an updated order fulfilment date.
If you would prefer not to wait, we are happy to refund the purchase amount back to your method of payment. Please note that if this changes your shipping threshold, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
